QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

  • How long does it take to process an order?
    All items are printed and shipped on-demand, and depending on the type of product and volume of order will typically take 5 to 30 business days to process.
  • How long does it take to receive an order?
    Once your order has been processed, it will be sent Flat Rate (Standard) (3–4 business days after fulfillment).
  • Where do you ship your products?
    As of right now, we only ship to the United States.
  • What shipping options are available?
    We use Domestic Shipping Flat Rate (Standard) (3–4 business days after fulfillment) for all of our products.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of that order. When the order has shipped you will receive an email stating which items have been shipped along with a tracking number for those items.
  • How are shipping costs calculated?
    Shipping costs (if any) are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed accurately during checkout.
  • What if my package has not arrived based on the delivery date?
    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • What if the shipping address is wrong?
    If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
  • What factors might impact my package delivery time?
    Potential shipping delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances with weather, courier issues, or address confirmation problems.
  • If I do not like my product, or it does not fit, can I return it, exchange it, or get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we do NOT refund or accept any returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size purchases due to the made-to-order nature of our supplier, Printful, Inc. We only offer refunds for damaged or defective products.
  • What if I receive a damaged product?
    If you receive a damaged or defective product upon delivery, please contact us via our CONTACT page, within 30 days after the product has been received, and provide all the required information. In addition, please upload and submit a picture of the damaged or defective product in the CONTACT FORM. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to follow ALL these steps will result in a denial of your refund.
  • Are there any special situations regarding refunds or returns?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Any refunds that are accepted under our refund policy will be returned to the same account/credit/debit card in which the purchase was originally made from.

    Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We have a link at the bottom of our page to our detailed Privacy Policy which explains the limitations and guidelines of your security and privacy while shopping on our site.
